Forest Therapy is a guided walk that leads participants through a series of invitations to connect deeply with nature, allowing nature to act as a healing conduit mentally, physically, and spiritually. 

On Forest Therapy walks, we slow down to the natural rhythms of nature, and typically cover less than one km in distance.
