🌿 Forest Therapy at Natural Pathways
An intentional, heart-forward way of reconnecting with the Land.
Forest Therapy at Natural Pathways is a gentle invitation to slow down and return to yourself. It’s not a hike, a workout, or a lesson — it’s a practice of noticing. Of remembering. Of letting the forest meet you exactly as you are.
Every session is guided by Certified Forest Therapy Practitioners, trained through the Global Institute of Forest Therapy (GIFT). Their role is to hold space with care and professionalism, offering simple sensory invitations that help you settle, breathe, and reconnect with the more‑than‑human world around you. They don’t push, teach, or direct — they open a doorway, and you choose how to step through it.
During a Forest Therapy walk, you may be invited to wander slowly, listen deeply, create with what you find, or rest in stillness. There is no right way to participate. The Land becomes the guide, and your own pace becomes the rhythm.
People often leave feeling:
• grounded and emotionally lighter
• more connected to themselves and others
• restored in a way they didn’t know they needed
• surprised by how deeply the forest can hold them
At Natural Pathways, we believe nature connection is a human need — not an add‑on or a luxury. Forest Therapy offers a gentle, accessible way to reconnect with the Land, your senses, and your inner steadiness.
If you’re longing for spaciousness, clarity, or a deeper relationship with the natural world, this is a beautiful place to begin.
